Per-symbol meaning text lives in JSON bundles under locales/meanings/<locale>.json; the symbols come from core's GEOMANCY_DECK. See :mod:fortune_telling_core._symbol_interpretation and :mod:fortune_telling_core._interpretation_bundle.
